By accessing or using the Premory website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. What Premory Is

Premory provides a structured identity integration process using future memory design. This includes a diagnostic tool, personalised reports, cinematic simulations, and an integration protocol delivered over approximately 6–8 weeks.

Premory is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or clinical intervention. Nasrin Mirelle is not a licensed therapist or mental health professional. Premory does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition.

2. Eligibility

Premory is designed for individuals who have already completed foundational therapeutic or somatic work and are emotionally stable. It is not appropriate for individuals currently experiencing:

3. The Diagnostic Tool

The Predictive Model Map diagnostic is a self-assessment tool. It generates a personalised reflection based on your responses. It is not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. The output is designed to support self-awareness and is not a substitute for professional evaluation.

4. Application and Engagement

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed individually. If accepted, engagement terms (including scope, timeline, and payment) will be confirmed before the programme begins.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, code, methodology descriptions, and essays — is the intellectual property of Premory and Nasrin Mirelle. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any content without written permission.

6. Personalised Materials

Cinematic scenes, reports, and other personalised materials created during your engagement are produced for your private use only. You may not share, publish, or distribute these materials without written consent from Premory.

7. Limitation of Liability

Premory provides its services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Identity integration is a collaborative process and results depend on your engagement, consistency, and individual circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premory and Nasrin Mirelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

8. Privacy

Your use of Premory is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
