We collect information you provide directly:

• Application form: Name, email address, identity shift description, and modalities you've tried.
• Diagnostic tool: Your responses to eight questions about your nervous system patterns, your first name, and email address.
• Discovery calls: Information shared during scheduled calls via Cal.com.

We also collect basic analytics data through Vercel Web Analytics, which tracks page views and general usage patterns without using cookies or collecting personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalised Predictive Model Map (PDF) and deliver it to your inbox.
• To review your application and respond within 48 hours.
• To deliver the Premory programme if you become a client.
• To communicate with you about your enquiry or engagement.

We do not use your information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone outside the delivery of Premory's services.

3. Data Storage

Diagnostic submissions and application data are stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). Email notifications are sent via Resend. Discovery call scheduling is handled through Cal.com.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is cookie-free and privacy-focused. Cal.com may set functional cookies when the scheduling embed loads.

• Cal.com — discovery call scheduling
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics
